Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Invincible FC (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Invincible FC is a football prediction game. Each gameweek you pick one team to win and score the points they earn. You may pick each team twice per season, once at home and once away. Quick Play uses simulated results; Live Play uses real-world fixtures and results when available. Invincible FC involves no cash prizes, entry fees or wagering of any kind.

3. User accounts

You may need an account to save your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Gameplay rules

• One pick per gameweek.
• Each team may be picked at most twice per season: once as a home pick and once as an away pick.
• Score predictions may be used to settle ties where stated.
• Manipulating results, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to play is prohibited.

5. User conduct

Do not use the app to harass others, share unlawful or offensive content, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment. We may remove content or suspend access where necessary.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its code, designs, text and original graphics are owned by Invinciblefc. Club names, crests and colours shown in the app are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape or reuse the app’s content or code without permission.

7. Third-party content and data

Fixture data, results and statistics may come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. Advertising and analytics partners may process data under their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, incorrect data, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material updates will be flagged in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
